I am 36 years old and have been in the industry from the age of 24. I began working as a camera assistant working with a range of lighting cameramen across a wide range of genres. This period was essential in teaching me basic camera  and lighting techniques and becoming comfortable with a wide range of equipment including jimmy jibs.

I started operating on shoots generally on DV cam but soon progressed onto Digibeta and HD Cam. I love the variety that my work gives me, no two days are ever the same although they are generally long !

I am a member of both Bectu and the Guild of Television Cameramen which gives me access to huge pools of knowledge.

I do have a weakness for the “toys” hence the jibs, the minicams and steadicam but these offer fantastic production value.

I have an extensive credit list here are some of the more recent ones. They don’t include any jib or steadicam credits.
